Creating Your Signature

1. Fill in your personal information in the “Personal Info” tab
2. Add your social media links in the “Social Media” tab
3. Customize the appearance in the “Style” tab
4. Your signature will update automatically in the preview

Using Your Signature

For Gmail:

1. Click “Copy HTML” button
2. Go to Gmail Settings > Signature
3. Paste (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V) into the signature editor
4. Save changes

For Outlook:

1. Click “Download” button
2. Open the downloaded HTML file in a browser
3. Copy all content (Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C)
4. In Outlook, go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures
5. Paste into the signature editor

Tips

• Keep your photo professional and under 200px wide for best results
• Test your signature by sending an email to yourself
• Some email clients may slightly alter the appearance
